We offer worldwide shipping.


2. Production & Dispatch Timelines

  • Domestic orders: 7-10 business days for production and dispatch
  • Made-to-measure/customized sizes: Additional 5 business days
  • International Orders: 7–14 business days after dispatch (may vary by location)


3. Shipping Charges

  • Partial Cash on Delivery (COD): A partial COD fee of ₹49 is applicable on all partial COD orders and is non-refundable.
  • Prepaid Orders: Enjoy free shipping along with an additional 5% discount on all prepaid purchases.
  • International Orders: Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email.
  • You can track your shipment in real-time.


5. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes
  • Unforeseen courier delays
  • Weather or logistical issues

In such cases, we will keep you informed.


6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.
  • In case of incorrect address or failed delivery attempts:
    • The order may be returned to us.
    • Re-shipping charges will be applicable.


7. Partial Shipments

  • In rare cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability.


8. Damaged or Tampered Package

  • If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please:
    • Do not accept the delivery, or
    • Record an unboxing video and contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery.

  • All timelines are approximate and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays.
  • Orders are dispatched only after quality checks to ensure you receive the best.
  • Customized orders are specially made and therefore require additional time.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • By placing an order, you agree to the above timelines.
  • Reverse pickup is subject to serviceability in your area. In cases where reverse pickup is not available, customers will be required to self-ship the product to our provided address.
  • In case of order refusal or non-acceptance, the partial COD fee will not be refunded.
