At Label Monarv, each outfit is custom-crafted for the unique you — made to measure, made with care. Due to the personalized nature of our pieces:
No Returns or Refunds are accepted once the order is placed, as each garment is exclusively designed and tailored to your specifications.
Cancellations are not permitted after order confirmation.
Exchange requests are accepted only under specific conditions:
* You must inform us within 2 days of delivery.
* A parcel opening video is mandatory for validation.
* Our team will assess the issue, and if it qualifies under our damage/exchange policy, the exchange will be approved.
* Approved exchanges will be re-shipped as per the product type and timeline.

Do you offer alteration services for purchased clothing items?
Yes, we do! At Label Monarv, we offer free alteration services for up to 1 month from the date of delivery — applicable only on gowns and lehengas.
Please note:
* Courier charges for pickup and return shipping will be borne by the customer for any alterations requested after the initial delivery.
* Alterations requested after 1 month of delivery will be chargeable.
We’re here to ensure your outfit continues to fit you just right — even as you grow, glow, and change.
Can I request customizations on clothing items?
Yes, we do offer limited customizations on our existing designs.
While we do not create entirely new designs, we’re happy to make a few thoughtful changes based on your preferences — such as neckline variations, sleeve styles, and bottom options.
Please note:
* Customization is limited to ensure the original design essence is preserved.
* Customization is not applicable on Western Edit and Exclusive products.
As long as the heart of our design remains intact, we’re always happy to tailor it a little closer to you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept only online payments and partial Cash on Delivery.
Since our products are custom-made to suit each customer’s specific needs, we do not offer full Cash on Delivery. To ensure secure transactions and safeguard both your interests and our efforts, we follow a partial COD system: customers can pay 60% of the total amount in advance and the remaining balance at the time of delivery. This process helps avoid any unforeseen issues with orders.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via whatsApp or email, along with a tracking link or AWB number.
You can use this to track your order in real-time through the courier partner’s website.
