Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear. However, please note that we currently offer exchange only under specific conditions. We do not offer returns or refunds.


Exchange Policy

Exchange requests are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You must inform us within 2 days of delivery.
  • A parcel opening video is mandatory for validation.
  • Our team will assess the issue, and if it qualifies under our damage/exchange policy, the exchange will be approved.
  • Approved exchanges will be re-shipped as per the product type and applicable timeline.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.


Product Condition (Strict Quality Check)

To be eligible for exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags intact


Important:
Products failing our quality check will not qualify for exchange and may be shipped back to the customer.


Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Dupattas and accessories
  • Items without original tags
  • Worn, used, washed, or damaged products


Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Please report it within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Kindly share the parcel opening/unboxing video or clear photos for quick resolution.


Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are not permitted after order confirmation.
  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded.


Additional Notes

  • All exchange requests are subject to approval after inspection.
  • We reserve the right to reject requests that do not meet the above conditions.
  • No return or refund requests will be accepted under any circumstances.
