- Estimated Delivery Time
Domestic Orders (India)
Tailored with Love, Delivered with Care.
Every outfit is crafted uniquely for you, focusing on precision, quality, and fit.
- Western Wear: Delivered in 15–20 days
- Indian Wear: Delivered in 3–6 weeks, depending on product type
We recommend placing your order well in advance for special occasions.
International Orders
Delivery timelines vary based on destination country and local customs regulations. While we dispatch orders promptly, please allow additional time for customs clearance and regional logistics.
- Made-to-Measure & Custom Orders
Each Label Monarv outfit is custom-made to your specifications.
As such:
- Returns & Refunds: Not accepted once the order is placed.
- Cancellations: Not allowed after order confirmation.
- Made-to-measure service is available only for sizes XS to XXXL.
We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order if the submitted measurements exceed the XS–XXXL size range, as these fall outside our standard made-to-measure service scope.
- Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only permitted in the event of genuine issues, and under the following conditions:
- You must notify us within 2 days of receiving the product.
- A parcel opening video is mandatory for validation.
- Upon verification and approval, an exchange will be processed as per the product type and timeline.
We reserve the right to assess and approve exchange requests at our discretion.
- Alteration Policy
We offer free alterations for 1 month from the delivery date for:
- Gowns and
- Lehengas
Please note:
- Courier charges for return and re-shipment are to be borne by the customer.
- Alteration requests made after 1 month will be chargeable.
- Customization Policy
Limited customizations are available on selected designs:
- Examples include neckline, sleeve, or bottom modifications.
- Customization is not available on Western Edit and Exclusive collections.
We preserve the essence of our original designs and accommodate changes that enhance your personal style.
- Payment Terms
We accept online payments only.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for the following reasons:
- Our pieces are custom-made and tailored to your specific measurements.
- This ensures a smooth and secure transaction for both parties.
- Shipping & Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- A confirmation via WhatsApp or Email, and
- A tracking link or AWB number to follow your shipment in real-time.

- Sale Policy
We occasionally offer seasonal discounts and festive promotions.
Please note:
- All sale items are final purchases.
- No return, refund, exchange, or cancellation is applicable on discounted products.
- Kindly double-check your size and customization details before placing an order.
- Product Accuracy
We aim to display all products and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color or finish may occur due to photography and screen settings.
- Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, text, designs, and logos — is the intellectual property of Label Monarv and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
- Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
