All our garments are made to order. We kindly request you to refer to our size chart or contact our customer care team at +91 99107 88537 for assistance in selecting the right size before placing your order.
Please note: Once an order is confirmed, we do not offer exchanges, refunds, or returns.
Alteration Policy
We are happy to assist with alterations, if needed. The courier charges for the first round of pick-up and delivery will be covered by Verb. For any subsequent alterations, the courier charges (both ways) will need to be borne by the customer.
Quality Concerns
In the unlikely event of a quality issue, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. If a cancellation or exchange is approved under these circumstances, a refund will be processed within 10–15 working days, subject to our terms and conditions. Kindly note that all items undergo thorough quality checks at multiple stages before dispatch.
Sale Items
Products purchased during a sale or at a discounted price are final sale. No exchanges, returns, refunds, or alterations are applicable on these items.

No Returns or Refunds are accepted once the order is placed, as each garment is exclusively designed and tailored to your specifications.
Cancellations are not permitted after order confirmation.
Exchange requests are accepted only under specific conditions:
* You must inform us within 2 days of delivery.
* A parcel opening video is mandatory for validation.
* Our team will assess the issue, and if it qualifies under our damage/exchange policy, the exchange will be approved.
* Approved exchanges will be re-shipped as per the product type and timeline.
